Yes! FileVert Hub automatically preserves your folders' structure. You can drag and drop a complete folder and its entire structure will be preserved for the recipient.
You can deposit files up to 5 GB each. For higher needs, the Hub owner can configure higher limits according to their FileVert subscription.
Absolutely. All your files are encrypted with AES-256 algorithm during transfer and storage. An automatic antivirus scan checks each deposited file to ensure security.
No, out of respect for confidentiality, you only see your own deposits. Only the Hub owner has access to all files deposited by all contributors.
You immediately receive a confirmation email. The Hub owner is also notified of your deposit. Your files are grouped with those of other contributors in their reception space.
The duration depends on the Hub configuration (usually 2 to 15 days). This eco-responsible approach avoids unnecessary data accumulation. The Hub owner can inform you of the exact duration.
Once the deposit is confirmed, you cannot modify it directly. Contact the Hub owner who can manage received files. For important modifications, you can make a new deposit.
The classic Hub uses a link shared by email/message. Hub+ generates a downloadable QR Code, ideal for physical points of sale (stores, offices) where customers can scan directly.
Use your smartphone's camera or a QR Code scanning app. Point to the displayed code and follow the link that opens automatically. No special FileVert app is required.
