How long does the file stay available?

Between 2 and 15 days depending on what the sender chose. The expiry date is visible on the download page.

Is my download tracked?

No advertising trackers, on neither send nor receive. Depending on the sender's options, they may know if and when the file was downloaded. Your data is never sold or used for commercial purposes.

What does the sender badge mean?

It's a progressive badge that reflects the maturity of the FileVert account (training, usage). It strengthens collective security: recipients can identify committed senders and reduce phishing risks.

Why did I see an antivirus scan?

FileVert automatically scans all files to protect recipients.

Is FileVert safe?
