What is a FileVert Hub?

A FileVert Hub is a centralized collection point that allows multiple contributors to deposit their files to the same destination. Ideal for collecting team content, organizing project deliveries or centralizing client receptions.

Unlike classic transfers, the Hub automatically aggregates all deposits in one place, with contributor tracking and centralized notifications.

Standard Hub

Shared collaborative deposit space for collective deposits between multiple contributors. Each guest can deposit up to 2 GB per deposit. Received files are accessible and downloadable by all contributors to the deposit. Ideal for team exchanges and collective deposits.

Pro Hub

Permanent link that generates private hubs on the fly. Each access to the Pro Hub link creates an independent and private deposit, accessible only by the owner. More secure than standard custom URLs because the URL is not public. Ideal for receiving client files requiring confidentiality.

Create your Hub step by step

1. Create a new Hub

From your FileVert dashboard, create a new collection Hub.

Direct access:

  • "Hub" menu > "New Hub"
  • "+" button on your dashboard
  • Direct URL: /hub/create

Prerequisites:

  • Active FileVert account
  • Space creation rights
  • Hub compatible plan

2. General configuration

Define the fundamental parameters of your collection Hub.

Essential settings:

Hub name
Unique identifier for your contributors
Description
Context to guide deposits
Maximum size
Limit per file (ex: 5GB)
Expiration date
Hub lifetime
