Receiving files in your Hub

Once your Hub is created and shared, contributors can deposit their files. This guide explains how to receive, view and manage all files deposited in your FileVert Hub.

Whether you use Standard Hub (shared collaborative deposit) or Pro Hub (private deposits on the fly), FileVert automatically notifies you of each new deposit and allows you to manage everything from your dashboard.

Steps to receive and manage your files

Access your Hub

From your FileVert dashboard, go to the Hub section to see all your active hubs.

  • Menu "Hub" > "My Hubs"
  • Dashboard > Hub section
  • Email notifications > Direct link

Hub dashboard:

  • Overview of all your hubs
  • Real-time statistics (files received, active contributors)
  • Quick access to recent hubs

View received files

Open your Hub to see all files deposited by your contributors.

Viewing options:

List view
Detailed list with metadata (sender, date, size)
Grid view
Visual preview with thumbnails for images/videos
Sort and filters
By date, sender, file type or size

Available information:

  • File name and extension
  • Sender (name or email)
  • Deposit date and time
  • File size
  • Status (completed, in progress, error)

Download files individually or in bulk according to your needs.

  • Folders keep their original structure when downloading
  • You can download the same files multiple times
  • Files remain available until Hub expiration

Difference between Standard Hub and Pro Hub

Standard Hub

Shared collaborative deposit space where all contributors can see and download all deposited files.

Once your Hub is created and shared, you automatically receive an email notification for each new deposit. Access your Hub from the "Hub" menu > "My Hubs" to see all files deposited by your contributors.
Yes, FileVert Hub allows bulk download. Select multiple files and download them in one go. You can also download all Hub files while preserving the original folder structure.
